We have taken a lovely 2006 VW Danbury Rio that was air-cooled and turned into a 21st century 100% electric camper that is silent and easy to drive with charging from home or any charge points across the UK.

The camper has 12 Tesla Battery’s hidden away where the old petrol tank used to be and under the rock and roll bed, this is matched to a 54kw electric motor , is the most powerful VW Camper i have ever driven and due to he motor and gear box set up you don’t have to change gear and it cannot be stalled at all making to very easy to drive.  The charging system will also power the leisure battery and 240v system for when you are at a campsite.

The Motor and battery is maintenance free and also TAX EXEMPT!

The spec on the camper is as follows:

Exterior: Yellow under white, colour coded front tire cover, front roof rack, pop top roof with upper bed board so 4 berth and custom one off matching canvas in red with heart shaped window at the rear, chrome mirrors and his caps.

Interior: Rio layout so full length units providing plenty of storage, lovely cream upholstery, buddy seat with side section so 4 can dine around the table,  double hob, grill, oven upgrade , sink with pumped water, compressor fridge , 240v hook up with twin plug sockets, leisure battery with smart charge system, strip lights, spot lights. front cab heating system,rear seat belts, front and rear heated windscreen, upgraded stereo with pull out DVD screen with bluetooth and rear parking sensors.

Mechanics: 12 Teslas batteries = 42KWH battery pack, 54kw motor – 163 NM, 12 month warranty on parts / the motor and battery set up is maintenance free!

Sold with a 12 months MOT, full major service, full PDI , professional valet and a 12 months parts and labour warranty.
